SHIPPING POLICY

PÈRA is committed to delivering your products quickly safely and reliably. We offer free insured shipping on all orders and work only with selected couriers to ensure the best possible experience.

Delivery Times
Our average delivery time is between 7 and 10 business days. Times may vary depending on the destination and product availability. In the event of delays due to high demand or logistical factors we will promptly inform you by email.

Shipping Address
Orders are shipped to the address provided during purchase. To avoid delays or lost packages please check your shipping details carefully before confirming your order. If you notice an error contact us immediately at info@pera.it.

Orders with Incorrect Address
Once the order has been shipped it is no longer possible to change the address. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the buyer’s expense. PÈRA is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Unclaimed Orders
If a package is not collected within the time limit set by the courier (generally 5 to 7 days) it will be returned to us. In this case the package can be reshipped at the customer’s expense. No refunds will be issued for packages refused or not collected without prior notice.

Refusal of Package
If the customer refuses delivery without valid justification or prior notice no refund will be issued. Please contact us if you need to modify or postpone delivery.
